Course description

We provide three different levels for advanced Mandarin Chinese classes

  • Advanced 1 focuses on cultural topics, social behaviours, values, and communication styles. You will learn to express complex ideas with nuance and understand native-level interactions more comfortably.
  • Advanced 2 develops your ability to communicate in academic and professional contexts. You will work with longer texts, express structured viewpoints, and improve high-level comprehension.

Advanced 3 is the highest level in the programme. It focuses on mastering near-native fluency, discussing complex global topics, and expressing deep, analytical viewpoints.

By the end you will be able to:

  • Confidently discuss cultural and social issues
  • Express ideas with nuance, clarity, and detail
  • Follow conversations between native speakers
  • Respond naturally in real-life communication

Benefits of this course:

  • Deepen your cultural understanding of China
  • Improve spoken fluency and natural expression
  • Strengthen advanced grammar usage
  • Prepare for higher-level academic or professional Mandarin
