Bethany is a designer and writer. Her practice explores land use in extra terrestrial contexts.

Bethany is a designer and writer, with a practice centring on the geographies of extraction and land use across terrestrial and extra-terrestrial contexts. Her research materialises through images, object, film and text.

She has exhibited work across Europe, including the 2021 and 2023 Venice Architecture Biennale and The Zeppelin Museum. She has published essays in e-flux, Migrant Journal and Feeeels magazine among others,

Bethany is editor and co-organiser for POST Design Festival, which challenges the place of visual culture and communication in society while addressing the ethics of design, the politics of image-making, and the unknowns of our creative futures through openly critical and collaborative events.

Bethany is a Lecturer in Design teaching on BA and MA programmes, and currently co-leads the Communication and Experience Studio for MA Design Expanded Practice.
