Denise Smith BSc DipIT
Denise is the Personal Assistant to the Head of Initial Teacher Education and is also the Department Web Administrator.
Denise supports the Head of Initial Teacher Education and ITE administration. As administrator for the department's intranet, Denise provides support and training to staff and students. She is responsible for maintaining the Department and Research Centres websites and is also responsible for the Goldsmiths UNISON website.
Denise has a science and ICT background, originally training in hospitals as a medical laboratory technician. After her training she worked in hospitals before moving on to work in the confectionary industry as a research technician. Before taking up her present post she was a science technician in the department. She is interested in Information & Communication Technologies.
