Working in partnership with Goldsmiths Students' Union, we've arranged activities for you to get to know Goldsmiths and your fellow students.

These are the optional activities taking place during Welcome Week to help you settle into Goldsmiths and find your community.

You will also need to attend campus on specific dates in order to complete your registration, collect your ID card and attend mandatory school and/or programme induction sessions. Information about when you need to be on campus for these activities will be linked here on Friday 4 September. 

You will need to book tickets for some of the activities listed below. Click on the activity title for more information and to book.

Come along to this informal event to meet other Global Ethnic Majority students and find out about how the GEM Network can support you. You will have an opportunity to meet students from similar backgrounds to you, and hear about the tailored support available to help you succeed at Goldsmiths. Free food and drink will be provided. 

This event is for students who identify as belonging to the Global Ethnic Majority. Global Ethnic Majority (GEM) is the term we use to collectively refer to students that are Black, Asian, mixed heritage, indigenous to the global south, and/or anyone who has been racially minoritised as ethnic minorities.

And to finish off the night, our DJ will play the best cheesy feel-good tracks to keep you dancing all night.

Please note the museum is a short bus ride away, so you will need your Oyster card or contactless payment.
