Wellbeing advisers

Meet with a wellbeing adviser for advice and support on personal, emotional or mental health issues.

Appointments are via telephone or Microsoft Teams.

Evenings and weekend

12pm – 12am (midnight), 7 days a week

Include a phone number for a call back.

Fika: Mental fitness

Build your mental fitness and wellbeing using the Fika app. Available free to Goldsmiths students.

You can use Fika to learn from expert psychologists, other students, academics and professional athletes in five-minute video, audio and text programmes.
