New partnership with Capital City College to expand pathways into higher education

A new strategic partnership between Goldsmiths and Capital City College to create clearer pathways from further education into university has been marked by the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding.

The partnership aims to strengthen progression opportunities into degree-level study across media, art, design and the creative industries, with the goal of better outcomes for learners, helping more students to realise their potential, achieve their ambitions and build successful futures. 

Capital City College (CCC) is London's largest provider of further education and training, and the third largest in the UK. Each year, CCC supports over 38,000 students across 12 campuses in the city, delivering career-focused education in priority skills areas identified by the UK Government.  

For Capital City College, the partnership provides students with clearer routes into degree-level study at a leading London university. For Goldsmiths, it creates opportunities to engage with talented learners from across the capital and strengthen its commitment to widening participation. The partnership will also enable both institutions to work more closely on curriculum development, skills priorities and learner success, helping to ensure education opportunities remain aligned to the needs of learners, employers and London's communities.
