In your research project, you will have the opportunity to apply your learning by investigating a marketing or innovation issue that you are genuinely passionate about, enabling you to deepen your expertise in an area that aligns with your personal interests and career ambitions.

Teaching style
Teaching will be via a range of formats to be as relevant as possible to the topic and learning outcomes. This may be through workshops, practical labs, lectures and seminars. It may have a mix of in-person and online activities, designed to give you the best learning experience and to make the most out of your learning experience.
You are expected to attend all of your timetabled learning activities.
How you'll be assessed
You will be assessed in a range ways throughout your course. These will be both Formative (for feedback and development), and Summative (required to pass and progress to the next level). Summative assessments are compulsory.

You might also be considered for some programmes if you aren’t a graduate or your degree is in an unrelated field, but have relevant experience and can show that you have the ability to work at postgraduate level.

If English isn’t your first language, you will need an IELTS score (or equivalent English language qualification) of 6.5 with a 6.5 in writing and with no element lower than 6.0 to study this programme. You will also be interviewed in person or via an online video call. If you need assistance with your English language, we offer a range of courses that can help prepare you for postgraduate-level study.

You'll learn core leadership skills and how to apply them to manage the near-continuous need for innovations and changes in organisational products, structures, strategies, and processes.
Through a range of optional modules, you'll have the opportunity to choose to study the latest techniques and strategies for consumer behaviour and marketing or seek to develop a fully formed business model for entrepreneurial ventures.

This programme offers a January and September start, you will choose your start date at the point of application.
To complete your application, you will need to have:
- Details of your academic qualifications
- The email address of your referee who we can request a reference from, or alternatively a copy of your academic reference
- Copies of your educational transcripts or certificates
- A personal statement
When to apply
We accept applications from October for students wanting to start the following September.
We encourage you to complete your application as early as possible, even if you haven't finished your current programme of study. It's very common to be offered a place conditional on you achieving a particular qualification.
Late applications will only be considered if there are spaces available.
Selection process
Admission to many programmes is by interview, unless you live outside the UK. Occasionally, we'll make candidates an offer of a place on the basis of their application and qualifications alone.
