Module change request
Use this form to request a change to your optional modules.
The deadline for module change requests to be submitted is 23:59 on 18 January 2026.
This form cannot be used for Module Selection. It is to request any changes to your selected spring term modules in My Goldsmiths only.
Module Change Requests are subject to availability and meeting any module eligibility requirements.
Requests for changes to selected modules will be processed on a first come, first serve basis.
Please do not submit multiple Module Change Request Forms for the same modules as this will not expedite your request being processed.
We will endeavour to notify you of the outcome of your request within 5 working days however, some requests may be dependent on student numbers so may take a little longer.
