Reflecting on her award, prize-winner Oyinloluwa Ilesanmi said:

"I’m delighted that my installation Views from Eden – Postcards to Humanity has been awarded a Vice-Chancellor’s Art Prize. This installation is a series that invites exploration of various narratives encompassing innate mythological, ecological and cultural aspects of humanity’s increasingly distorted alignment with the natural world."

The degree shows continue throughout the summer across multiple venues on campus, and SE London, featuring painting, sculpture, video, performance, sound, and digital media. Visitors are encouraged to explore the full range of student work both in person and online.
