The best thing about Goldsmiths was the faculty.

Outstanding faculty

The best thing about Goldsmiths was the faculty. Attentive, caring teachers and course coordinators with wisdom to share and the experience to do so efficiently.

An inclusive place for international students

Goldsmiths helped me form my first professional connections in the country.

It’s a friendly place for international students. You don't feel stranded, as lots of others also come from somewhere else.

Advice for future students

It is also up to you to make the best of resources available. There is plenty to go after, and never enough time. Be mindful of how you curate your time, and don't hesitate to seek guidance from seniors and faculty.

Favourite spots in the area

There are dozens of great places to eat around New Cross, such as the Japanese restaurant Takeshi (right across the street from RHB), the Vietnamese Pho, and great cafes like Wakey Wakey and Mughead.

My favourite place of all, though, is by far Goldsmiths Library. It is spacious, organised, well lit, and well kept, with an enormous, inspiring collection of books and other media.
