New perspectives and creative risks
The best part of my degree was that it opened my perspective towards writing creatively. I always stuck to one genre, but ever since I did my Masters, it gave me the courage to write in genres I have never tried before.
Doing an MA in Creative Writing and Education gave me the exposure to read various types of writing which honestly inspired me to explore out of my comfort zone. I couldn't have picked a better university for this wonderful experience.

I was surprised with how incredibly supportive and attentive they were towards me; I will always be grateful towards them.
Advice for future students
Be open to trying new things and come in without high expectations, less pressure makes the experience more enjoyable.
Fond memories of New Cross
My favourite part of the area was the cheap prices of food and groceries.
I live in central, so shopping for groceries at Iceland before I go home is one of the experiences I miss the most!
And of course, chilling at Ji's Chicken Shop after a tutorial was such a vibe.
