My exchange experience was amazing and I was able to make loads of new friends that I know will always be part of my life. It was great to be able to experience life in a different country; I enjoyed learning, living and socialising in a different way.

Erasmus+ has helped me to become more independent and more able to make decisions. It allowed me to interact with multilingual and multicultural individuals on a daily basis, which gave me a chance to learn about new a culture and immerse myself in a different language. The whole experience now allows me to interact with other people with far more ease.

Friends and family were able to visit me but I never felt alone. There were lots of events organised for all of us to socialise with other students.

It was a once in a lifetime experience for me. The best piece of advice I could give anyone thinking about an Erasmus exchange is make the most of the opportunity given and go with an open mind. Everything will fall into place and you will enjoy the whole journey.
