Tickets
Graduating students attend ceremonies free of charge.
Guest tickets are priced at £25 per person and students are permitted to book up to two guest tickets when the first round of bookings open.
Any unsold tickets will be made available to those that have registered their interest for additional tickets when booking their initial two guest tickets. We will share information on when and how to book closer to the time.

Registration is located on the ground floor, Queen Elizabeth II Centre, this is where your ceremony will take place.
Guest tickets will be issued electronically by email to the graduand within 1 week prior to the graduation ceremony. If you are not arriving with your guests, please ensure you forward their tickets to them in advance of the day.
Guest tickets will not be issued at the event. Guests without pre-purchased tickets will not gain access to the building or the event.
Academic robes
These should be hired or purchased as part of the ticketing process from our partner firm Marston Events.
The cost of your robe hire is £45 for all awards. This cost includes the robe, hood and mortarboard/cap.
If you don't hire a robe by the closing date you will require an 'on the day' hire. This will come with an additional fee of £5.
Your graduation is a formal occasion and it is requested that you wear academic robes on the day.
Academic robes are a meaningful part of the graduation experience and a symbolic tradition in the UK Higher Education community.
If you do not wish to wear a robe, please speak to graduation (@gold.ac.uk) to discuss your options.
If you are experiencing financial difficulty and would like to apply to the Graduation attendance fund, please contact us by email.
