What to do if your plans or circumstances change and you've already booked your graduation.

The deadline for cancelling your guest tickets and robe hire on the booking system is Thursday 21 August 2025. Please note that after this point, tickets and robes are non-refundable apart from extenuating circumstances.
In such instances, students need to contact graduation (@gold.ac.uk) to discuss refunds.
You can delay your graduation to the Winter 2026 Graduation Ceremonies taking place between Saturday 10 – Tuesday 13 January 2026 held at QEII Centre Westminster, London.
To be added to the Winter 2026 Graduation Ceremonies mailing list, please fill out this form. Please note this form is only for those who were invited but cannot attend the Summer 2025 Graduation Ceremonies.
All tickets are non-transferable and cannot be sold or given to other students.
This policy is in place to allow all students fair access to guest tickets and equal opportunity to attend their graduation ceremony.
If you no longer need your guest ticket, see above for how to apply for a refund.
The graduation team will manage additional guest ticket sales and re-open bookings with any surplus tickets if they become available.
