What to do if your plans or circumstances change and you've already booked your graduation.

The deadline for cancelling your guest tickets and robe hire on the booking system is Thursday 14 December 2023. Please note that after this point, tickets and robes are non-refundable apart from extenuating circumstances.
In such instances, students need to contact graduation (@gold.ac.uk) to discuss refunds.
You must have successfully completed your studies to attend these events. If you have any outstanding work or assessments, you will not be able to book your attendance or attend the event.
You can delay your graduation to the Summer 2024 Graduation Ceremonies (dates TBC).
To be added to the Summer 2024 Graduation Ceremonies mailing list, please fill out this form. Please note this form is only for those who were invited but cannot attend the Summer 2023 Graduation Ceremonies.
All tickets are non-transferable and cannot be sold or given to other students.
This policy is in place to allow all students fair access to guest tickets and equal opportunity to attend their graduation ceremony.
If you no longer need your guest ticket, see above for how to apply for a refund.
The graduation team will manage additional guest ticket sales and re-open bookings with any surplus tickets if they become available.
