"My beautiful international class (almost all of us from a different country) enriched my experience, helping me feel understood in a big city like London."

Main details

I work as a Dance Movement Psychotherapist in a private mental health hospital in Madrid, running group sessions for the patients, including those in the high security unit. I also run yoga classes as a part of the physical activities schedule of the hospital.

My experience at Goldsmiths was so much more than just learning new skills, it changed me on a deeper level. I feel I have grown throughout my training and opened up in ways I never knew were possible.

I am grateful for all the tutors that have guided me during my studies. Their creative and open-minded way of teaching has been a real inspiration. All of them have made an impact on me and have taught me something that will accompany me the rest of my life. Furthermore, my beautiful international class (almost all of us from a different country) enriched my experience, helping me feel understood in a big city like London.

Overall, I see my Goldsmiths training as a seed that has been gently planted in me, and I know that that this seed will keep growing throughout my working and life experiences.
