The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day on which you accepted the offer. For a cancellation to be effective, the statement concerning your exercise of your right to cancel should be sent before the expiration of the cancellation period.
Effect of cancellation
Within 14 days of receipt of your notice of cancellation, all payments made by you to Goldsmiths will be reimbursed. This will be done using the same method of payment as you used to pay us unless you have expressly given your permission for us to use some other method. No fees will be incurred by you in relation to the reimbursement.
Your right to cancel is a statutory one under the Consumer Contracts (information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Your statutory right of cancellation does not affect your right to withdraw from Goldsmiths at other times, subject to any ongoing obligations you may have to the University as a result of your registration should you commence studies with us.
