Goldsmiths strategy 2023-33
Goldsmiths is writing a new institutional strategy, setting the direction of the College’s work over the next decade.

Launching in 2023, the Goldsmiths strategy will help the College decide how to allocate its time and resources and have an impact on the things we care about.
We want our community to co-design the new strategy. This is why the College is running a programme of engagement activities to support the development of the new Goldsmiths strategy and strategic framework.
This work started in December 2022 and has invited contributions from Goldsmiths staff and students as well as alumni and other groups.

Engagement activities have so far included:
- Facilitated discussions open to all staff
- Workshops as part of departmental meetings
- Online surveys for students, staff, alumni and supporters
- Student focus groups
The College is also gathering the views of Goldsmiths Council, as well as our staff unions and Goldsmiths Students’ Union.
