Student Ambassador Scheme
As a Goldsmiths Student Ambassador, you are encouraged to work on a broad range of activities.

The role allows you to gain employability skills, enhance your CV and become a key part of the Goldsmiths community.
Applications for Student Ambassadors open in the Spring term to all current first and second-year students. All successful applicants will undergo a training programme before commencing the role.
Student Ambassadors participate in exciting paid opportunities on and off campus. In becoming an Ambassador, you can work with various university departments and external stakeholders, such as schools and colleges.
Examples of the type of jobs our Ambassadors get involved in:
- Clearing call handling
- Graduation ceremonies
- Open Days and campus tours
- Marketing content creation
- IT support
- School and college visits
- Administrative work with a university department
- Accommodation welcome events
- Widening participation projects and outreach projects
You can also have it listed on your Higher Education Achievement Report (HEAR), and being a Student Ambassador can count towards you achieving The Gold Award. All whilst earning a highly competitive hourly rate.
You can work in the Student Ambassador role for a maximum of three Years.

The deadline is Sunday 1 March 2026 at 23.59.
Applications are welcome from all eligible Goldsmiths students enrolled on an undergraduate or postgraduate course, provided:
- You must be a current Goldsmiths’ First or Second Year student
- You must be enthusiastic about higher education and Representing Goldsmiths University
- You must have the Right to Work in the UK
