Information on how Brexit may affect Go Abroad/Erasmus placements and funding

Impact of Covid-19 (Coronavirus)

Goldsmiths has taken the difficult decision to suspend current Erasmus placements and the Go Abroad scheme this year in light of the rapidly changing Covid-19 situation.  This decision has not been taken lightly and our focus has been ensuring students remain safe and supported during their studies at the College, including when they are undertaking additional travel.

Applications to study abroad for a term in the 2020-21 academic year are still being considered and we hope to be able to support students to study abroad in the autumn. We will keep applicants updated. If you have queries or concerns contact the Global Opportunities team.

Erasmus and Go Abroad remain highly valued opportunities for our students and one we will continue to offer once the current situation changes. You can keep updated on the status of all our opportunities by signing up to our Global Opportunities newsletter or VLE.
