Accessibility Statement: Online payments
We want you to be able to make online payments to Goldsmiths in your own way.
Primary page content
Our Online Payments system can be used to pay tuition and accommodation fees, and to buy printing credit.
Using Online Payments
Our payment system is provided by WPM Education Ltd on behalf of Goldsmiths, University of London. We want as many people as possible to be able to use it. For example, that means you should be able to:
- Zoom in up to 300% on a desktop without the text spilling off the screen
- Navigate most of the website using just a keyboard
- Navigate most of the website using speech recognition software
- Listen to most of the website using a screen reader (including the most recent versions of JAWS, NVDA and VoiceOver)
How accessible Online Payments is
We know some parts of Online Payments aren’t currently fully accessible:
- When tabbing there isn’t a blue border around the currently selected section of the form
- This incomplete form message appears below the form rather than above it. This means when the page reloads on mobile/smaller screen, you cannot see the message
- There is not enough contrast between the colours of some buttons and text and the background
What to do if you can’t access parts of Online Payments
How to:
- Pay tuition and accommodation fees in other ways
- Add printing credit using cash
