Report online with Hornbill
If you have an active and accessible Goldsmiths account, the quickest way to report an issue or request help use Hornbill, our self service portal, where you can easily track the progress of your report.

You can chat with us during our normal opening hours
Come and see us in-person at the IT Service Desk on the first floor of the Library.
After passing through the Library security gates take the first stairs on your left. Once on the first floor turn right and follow the signs to the end of the building.
The Library will remain open 24 hours throughout the upcoming bank holidays, with the Help Desk and LiveChat available on select days.
