Our staff at the IT Service Desk are friendly and flexible and will try and help with any queries you may have regarding IT issues at Goldsmiths. If we cannot directly answer your question, we will be happy to point you in the right direction.
This is the quickest way to report an issue or request, and you can easily track the progress of your report.
Reports are checked Mon-Fri 9am-8pm and Sat-Sun 9am-5pm.

Mon-Fri, 9am-9pm: Library Help Desk on the ground floor
Sat-Sun, 9am-5pm: Library Help Desk on the ground floor
Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm (5pm last check-out): Service Desk on the first floor of the library
