Using your campus email account and accessing it across devices
Sign in with your username and password.
Your Goldsmiths email address is in the format of email@example.com
eg: firstname.lastname@example.org, however to log into your emails you only need your username (i.e. jblog005), without prefix or suffix.
Your email account is for life. After leaving Goldsmiths, you can continue to sign into your Goldmail account in the same way. For alumni, the email address will display as a new format: email@example.com. However, people will still be able to email you at your old @gold.ac.uk email address.
Email setup on email clients
Goldsmiths IT&IS recommends and supports the following mail clients:
- Outlook 2013/2016 for Windows
- Outlook 2011/2016 for Mac
- Apple Mail for Macs
- Office 365 Outlook Web App
