Here’s who to contact about the day-to-day running of your accommodation.

If you have a question with regards to your accommodation that is not answered on our website, you can contact Accommodation Services for help. Our team can assist with anything you need, especially if you live in non-Goldsmiths managed halls and have been unable to resolve things directly with your accommodation provider's reception.
The Accommodation Services office is generally staffed all day, however, some of our team members may be working from home. Administrative staff can be contacted weekdays between 9am - 5pm. Security and Campus Support Officers are available to support students outside of these times.
We do not currently offer walk-in or face-to-face appointments, but you can contact us to book an appointment either on Teams or on the telephone. Please tell us what it is that you wish to discuss, this will ensure we can arrange for you to speak to the relevant team member.

Jubilee bank holiday weekend and services on campus
Telephone services at Goldsmiths will be unavailable Thursday 2 - Sunday 5 June 2022. This downtime is to allow essential upgrade works on the College infrastructure.
During this time our Accommodation Services/Loring Management Centre line 0207 919 7192 will not be available. Additionally, our accommodation portal will be down, and our administrative office will be closed, but our student accommodation will remain open and our colleagues in Campus Support and Campus Security will be available to support students.
For out-of-hours assistance in the evenings and at the weekend between Thursday 2 to Sunday 5 June 2022, please email Campus Support (campus-support@(gold.ac.uk) with your contact details and a member of the team will be happy to offer you a call back over the phone or on Teams.
