Here’s who to contact about the day-to-day running of your accommodation.

If you have a question about your accommodation that is not answered on our website, you can contact Accommodation Services for help. Our team can assist with anything you need, especially if you live in non-Goldsmiths managed halls and have been unable to resolve things directly with your accommodation provider's reception.
The Accommodation Services office is generally staffed all day. However, some of our team members may be working from home. Administrative staff can be contacted weekdays between 9am - 5pm. Security and Campus Support Officers are available to support students outside of these times.
We do not currently offer walk-in or face-to-face appointments, but you can contact us to book an appointment either on Teams or on the telephone. Please tell us what it is that you wish to discuss, this will ensure we can arrange for you to speak to the relevant team member.
