Cleaning

Cleaning is carried out in the communal areas outside the flats regularly and in the common rooms provided.

Cleaning in bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchens is your responsibility.

You are also expected to clean your bedrooms and communal areas before you leave at the end of your agreement. Any additional cleaning that needs to be carried out in the communal areas of the flats/corridors and/or your bedroom when they are vacated will be recharged to those in question.

Laundry

All halls have access to coin or phone operated laundry facilities.

Under no circumstances should clothes be washed in bathrooms or bedrooms. Washing must never be dried on the radiators, hung up outside windows or within the laundrette. For information about access and services, please contact your accommodation provider.
