Plan ahead and know what to expect when you come to an Open Day.

Bringing guests

You're welcome to bring family and friends to our Open Day. Please indicate how many guests you expect to bring on the booking form.

Getting to our campus

Goldsmiths is easily accessible via New Cross and New Cross Gate stations. Many busses also stop right next to campus. Learn more about travel options.

Please note, there is no public parking on the Goldsmiths campus.

When you arrive

Once you arrive, please head to the Richard Hoggart Building.

You will need to load up the QR code sent to you via email before the event to be able to check in your attendance with a member of staff.

Campus tours

We highly recommend taking a student ambassador-led campus tour, these run throughout the day at each Open Day.

Or if you prefer, you can also grab a campus map from the registration desk and explore at your own pace.

Timings of the event

You’ll be emailed a schedule before the event. Make sure to check specific timings of any subject talks you want to attend. Academics are usually available for a chat throughout the event.

We encourage arriving at the start of the Open Day, so you get plenty of time to attend talks, speak to staff and explore. But if you aren’t able to, registration remains open throughout the event.

Meeting current students

Alongside academics and professional services staff, our Open Days are staffed with current Student Ambassadors who have first-hand experience of studying at Goldsmiths.

You can spot them wearing yellow uniforms on the day – they are there for you to help navigate the day and answer any student-specific questions.

Access requirements

If you have any access requirements, please indicate this on the booking form.
