Institut Informatika Indonesia (IKADO)

Institut Informatika Indonesia  is a private higher education institution based in Surabaya, Indonesia. Established in 2003, IKADO specialises in information technology and design education, offering undergraduate programmes through its two faculties: The Faculty of Information Technology and the Faculty of Design.

Goldsmiths and IKADO have formed an articulation partnership designed to provide students at IKADO with a clear, internationally oriented progression route into UK undergraduate study. Under this arrangement, students who begin their studies at IKADO in Informatics or Information Systems are eligible to transfer into a Goldsmiths Computer Science programme. 

This partnership offers students the benefit of starting their education in a familiar environment in Indonesia, followed by advanced study at Goldsmiths in London, thereby gaining a UK qualification with international recognition. The collaboration underscores both institutions’ commitment to high standards and the relevance of curriculum for professional success in a digital industry.
