Overview of partnership
Goldsmiths and the University of Barcelona have established a dual degree partnership that enables students to combine the academic strengths of both institutions through a structured postgraduate pathway in teacher education. Depending on the UB programme selected, students will follow either a 2-year or 3-year full-time study route split between Barcelona and London.
Through this programme, students gain pedagogical training and professional practice grounded in Spain’s rich educational tradition, coupled with Goldsmiths’ international academic expertise and innovative approaches to teaching. Upon successful completion, graduates receive a dual qualification from both UB and Goldsmiths, equipping them with internationally recognised credentials and the skills needed to teach and lead in diverse educational contexts.
