Graduation booking

Tickets

Graduating students attend ceremonies free of charge.  

Guests tickets: 

If you have booked tickets for your guests, you will be sent these tickets via email (the email you used on the Marston Events website portal to book your graduation) on Thursday 8 January 2026.

Extra guest tickets:

You may be available to purchase extra tickets on the day (£35 per ticket). Subject to availability, these will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis

Guests without tickets: 

Guests must have a ticket to gain access to the venue, including the photography studios. Extra guest tickets may be available to purchase on the day  (£35 per ticket). Subject to availability, these will be sold on a first-come, firstserved basis.

Guests can also purchase live streaming tickets (£15 per ticket). This gives your guests access to a private room to watch the ceremony live and to then join you at the drinks reception after your ceremony. Please note these tickets are limited and subject to availability, these will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please note: If your guests do not purchase any tickets, they will not have access to the venue and will need to wait in the public area on the ground floor to be reunited with their graduate.

Children under five years old do not require a ticket if they can share the seat of a full-paying adult.  

Carers may attend free of charge to assist students. Please contact graduation (@gold.ac.uk) to process your request.
