If your graduation ceremony is before your visa expiry date, then you can attend graduation using that visa.
Graduating after your visa expires
It is not possible to extend your student visa to attend a graduation ceremony, but you can usually return to the UK by applying for a standard (tourist) visitor visa.

You will need a graduation letter from your School hub for your application.
