6 June 2024: Decision day if you received all your offers by 18 May

By this day you’ll need to narrow down your shortlist of five universities to two – your Firm (first choice) and Insurance (back-up) choice – if you had all your responses by 18 May.

30 June 2024: Final day to make an application to five universities

This is the end of the regular application process for higher education. After 6pm on this day you must apply through Clearing

5 July 2024: Clearing opens

From this date until 17 October you can apply to an institution through Clearing, as long as you are not holding an offer of a place at another university.

This is your last chance to accept offers from one of your choices of university.

August: Many scholarships open for applications
