Guaranteed accommodation offer

If you're joining us through Clearing, or you're a postgraduate applicant who accepted their academic offer after 6 August 2025, you'll be guaranteed an offer of accommodation, provided you apply by our accommodation deadline.

The deadline to apply is Friday 12 September 2025 at 2pm, but we may close applications early, if all places have been taken.

This guarantee applies to full-time, unaccompanied students only (unaccompanied means you’ll be living without a partner or dependents). Find out more about our application T&Cs.

Explore our accommodation options

A limited range of room types are available. When you apply you may be asked to select a number of options, and we’ll offer you the most suitable option subject to availability at the time, so we recommend you apply early.

Once we make you an offer of a place, our guarantee will be fulfilled - even if you decide not to accept it or fail to complete the acceptance process before the deadline.

Clearing Accommodation Bursary

Clearing applicants could receive a guaranteed place in our halls and £1,800 towards accommodation costs.

Postgraduate Accommodation Bursary

When you accept your academic offer, you can receive a guaranteed place in our halls and up to £2,400 towards accommodation costs.
