- Library Help Desk closes at 4pm
Thursday 2 April – Tuesday 7 April (Easter closure)
- Library building: Open 24 hours for students, staff, and alumni
- External visitors: 9am – 9pm
- Help Desk: Closed
Access during this period
- All users must bring their Goldsmiths card and tap it on the reader at the accessible door at the main entrance

- Library Help Desk reopens at 10am

In-person
In-person support is by appointment only. The IT Service Desk is located on the first floor of the Library. After going through the Library security gates, take the first staircase on your left. When you reach the first floor, turn right and follow the signs to the end of the building. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please use the confirmation email sent to you when you made your booking.
