The Student Centre can help with general advice, enrolments, fees, assessments, letters to prove you are student, and housing and finance advice. To find out more about the Student Centre visit their page.
You can contact the Student Centre for questions about:
- Where to get your council tax letter
- When your student loan will be confirmed
- When you will get a Goldsmiths email
- How to apply for the student Oyster card
You can contact the Fees team with questions about your university fees, from queries about paying fees in instalments to financial aid confirmation, they will be able to help. There is plenty of information and guidance on their dedicated webpage.
If you want to know if your payment has been received then you can contact our Cash Office for advice.
Many students are keen to be prepared to start their studies, if you would like to be sent a reading list for your degree you can get in touch with our Library. You can find out more about the support and services offered by the Library here.
Immigration Advisory Service
The Immigration Advisory Service are here to help you apply for a visa to work or study with Goldsmiths, and can help with all visa-related enquiries, including Confirmation of Acceptance of Studies (CAS) statements.
If you have questions about your degree programme such as information about modules, timetable details and contact hours, you will need to contact the academic department for your degree. You can find contact details for your department on our department pages.
