Contact your school hub for support with general and departmental enquiries.
You can contact the school hubs for questions about:
- Where to get your council tax letter
- When your student loan will be confirmed
- When you will get a Goldsmiths email
- How to apply for the student Oyster card
Fees team

You can contact the Fees team with questions about your university fees, from queries about paying fees in instalments to financial aid confirmation, they will be able to help. There is plenty of information and guidance on their dedicated webpage.

Library

Immigration Advisory Service

The Immigration Advisory Service are here to help you apply for a visa to work or study with Goldsmiths, and can help with all visa-related enquiries, including Confirmation of Acceptance of Studies (CAS) statements.
