Governance Guide

Governance describes the systems and processes that make sure an institution is not only legally compliant but also ethically and sustainably run.

This is overseen by a governing body, the College Council, who provide accountability and strategic oversight.

The Council ensures detailed scrutiny of the important decision-making processes through a committee structure that brings together staff, students, and independent members with the right balance of knowledge, skills and experience.
