Unlocking your account

Step 1 - Enter your username

Go to any service that uses Microsoft sign-in. For example: outlook.com/gold.ac.uk

Enter your username in the format abcde001@campus.goldsmiths.ac.uk and instead of entering a password click 'Forgotten my password'.

Enter the characters as seen in the picture and then click 'next'

Step 2 - Get back into your account

Select the 'I know my password, but still can't sign in' option.

Select one of the options from the next screen and follow the instructions.

Step 3 - Account unlocked

After completing verification you will see a confirmation screen. Click on the link to sign in.
