ESRC studentships

Goldsmiths is part of the London Social Science Doctoral Training Centre (DTC), funded by the ESRC to train the next generation of social scientists. 

If you're thinking about carrying out a research degree in the social sciences, you could be eligible to apply for a studentship covering your fees for up to four years (currently £3,996 per annum) and an annual stipend (currently £15,863). 

To be considered, you need to have applied for a relevant research programme at Goldsmiths by 30 January 2019.

AHRC studentships

Goldsmiths is part of the CHASE AHRC Doctoral Training Partnership, which funds up to 75 doctoral studentships per year. 

If you're thinking about carrying out a research degree in the arts and humanities, you could be eligible to apply for a studentship covering fees (currently £3,996 per annum), a maintenance allowance (currently £15,863) and research training.

To be considered, you need to have applied for a relevant research programme at Goldsmiths by 14 January 2019.
