Why join the Goldsmiths Progression Scheme?

GPS is a great way to gain skills, meet new people, discover more about your subject, and enhance your application to university. It’s open to students in Year 12 (or first year of college) with events and activities running from March 2022 through to June 2022.

Goldsmiths Pathways Scheme is a condensed four-month programme with activities aimed at supporting students’ future pathways and journey towards university. Activities include academic lectures, career and alumni events, skills workshops and trips across London.

During your time on the scheme, you'll gain lots of new skills that will help you at university and beyond such as:

  • Critical thinking skills
  • Increased subject knowledge
  • Support throughout the UCAS application process
  • Careers advice
  • Increased cultural awareness through trips
  • Confidence in making your next steps
