Phishing or scam emails
If you receive an email you suspect is a phishing or scam do not click on any of the links or respond to it.
Use the 'report' option in Outlook or attach it to an email (rather than forwarding it) and send it to email@example.com.
You can then delete it.
Lost or stolen data
If you suspect that data has been stolen or lost in any way, then you should report this loss immediately to the Governance and Legal Department using the data breach report form.
