Multi-faith Chaplaincy centre
Laurie Green multi-faith chaplaincy sits in a lovely peaceful garden area in between Laurie Grove and the Ben Pimlott building. Currently, we can only safely accommodate 3 people inside the hospitality spaces.
We can offer this space if you need a confidential chat with a Chaplain in person, we will be offering pastoral listening online appointments as well.
Multi-faith Prayer Room
The multi-faith Prayer Room is designed to be a welcoming space for individuals and groups of all faiths and traditions, but because of the range of religious and cultural traditions involved this inevitably requires all users to accept some infringement of their religious sensibilities. The Prayer room is for everybody – regardless of religion or belief.
To keep our community safe during Covid-19, we kindly request you follow the following safety guidelines:
If you would like to pray individually on days you are on campus, please book by emailing chaplaincy (@gold.ac.uk) and please follow the instructions below:
- Sanitise your hands before entering
- Bring your own prayer mat and any resources for prayer
- Please follow the one-way system and use the individually marked spaces on the carpet
