2.3 Complaints

2.3.1

Every effort is made to ensure that all students have a positive experience during their time at Goldsmiths. However, students can make a complaint if they are dissatisfied with an aspect of their experience.

2.3.2

Goldsmiths maintains a Complaints Procedure which sets out the process for students to make a complaint, and for how Goldsmiths will deal with it. This procedure adheres to the Good Practice Framework of the Office of the Independent Adjudicator.

2.3.3

Students may submit a complaint relating to any aspect of their experience whilst a student at Goldsmiths. However, concerns about Goldsmiths policy or governance should be raised through the Goldsmiths Students’ Union.

2.3.4

Once the Complaints Procedure has been concluded, students who do not feel their case has been resolved adequately may refer matters for external review to the Office of the Independent Adjudicator.
