Instructions for using the Student Visa online application form outside of the UK.

Once you have received your CAS statement, you will need to make your Student Visa application online.

Please check the details on your CAS carefully. If there are any errors, please let us know before making your application.

During the application, you will need to pay the visa application fee and the Immigration Health Surcharge (IHS) online.

Evidence requirements

Low-risk nationals

If you are from a country listed under the ‘differential evidence requirement’ on GOV.UK, you are a' low-risk national'.

This means you don't always have to provide your qualifications or evidence of your maintenance funds when you make your visa application.

However, the Immigration Officials reserve the right to request the full range of documents in all cases. Therefore, you must inform us if you are asked to submit documents after you have paid your visa application fee.

High-risk nationals

These are defined by UK Visa and Immigration as people who are not on the ‘differential evidence requirement’ list on GOV.UK

When you apply for a visa, you will need to provide your academic qualifications and evidence of your maintenance funds (financial documents).
