Students’ progression is monitored annually by academic departments, overseen by the Graduate School, through the consideration of an Annual Progress Report.

4.3.3

The Special Academic Review (SAR) Procedure should be used to support and retain students demonstrating unsatisfactory academic performance and/or attendance. The SAR Procedure does not apply in cases of academic failure or other external requirements, such as fitness to practise, identified in the programme specification and/or Code of Practice.
